Inspired by the memory of entering a pastry shop for the very first time, Nectar D’Or Sauternes Cask Finish takes the delicate, fruity spirit of giraffe-high stills and ages it in American oak bourbon casks along with French casks that once held Sauternes sweet white wine. The outcome is citrus notes with lemon, vanilla shortbread, oak spice and dried fruit followed by dessert flavours of gingerbread, nutmeg, orange, almonds, vanilla and honey rounded out by a silky and mellow finish. An exceptional single malt whisky from the masters at Glenmorangie’s Highland distillery.
